Thanks Collette Wiest! Your amazing Dad 's raspberry jam has restored my taste for Raspberry anything!
I had given up on ever finding a good raspberry flavoring or recipe. Until now they all left a horrible aftertaste and had acid reflux (which i dont normally have)going for hours.
I have been saving the relish for a special occasion but I can foresee its imminent consumption in the near future!
